Granby, CO – Driver Pleaded Not Guilty To Fatal Car Crash

A driver involved in a deadly car accident pleaded not guilty.

20-year-old Thomas Lange pleaded not guilty to a multiple-vehicle crash that resulted in the deaths of 77-year-old Raymond Allen Shelton and his wife, 75-year-old Betty Jean Shelton. The incident happened in May, on US 40, near the YMCA of the Rockies-Snow Mountain Ranch. They were taken to the hospital but died later.

Moreover, Lange was also taken to the hospital.
